GENERAL CONDITIONS RELATIVE TO WITHDRAWAL BY THE TRAVELLER
The traveller may withdraw from the contract without any penalty to be paid only when he is informed of an increase in price of more than 10% or when there is a modification of an essential element. In such a case he will have the right to have that part of the price he has already paid reimbursed.
In any case the traveller must always pay the registration fee, where it is requested.
The traveller who withdraws from the contract for reasons other than those provided for in the points above will be reimbursed the sum already paid, less the registration fee, where required, and less the sums here below indicated:
-10% of the total payment up until 30 working days (excluding Saturday) before start of the service;
-25% of the total payment up until 21 working days (excluding Saturday) before start of the service;
-50% of the total payment up until 11 working days (excluding Saturday) before start of the service;
-75% of the total payment up until 3 working days (excluding Saturday) before start of the service.
No reimbursement after this date.
