Full-day itinerary visiting two of the most popular destinations in the area: Castell’Arquato and romantic Grazzano Visconti.
Castell’Arquato: we walk along the quaint streets, admiring the Duke’s Fountain and the Torrione, the Palazzo del Podestà and the Castle or Rocca Viscontea. Visit also of the interior of the Collegiate church of the Assunta.
Transfer to Grazzano Visconti and lunch in a typical restaurant.
Grazzano Visconti: we visit this extraordinary place, dreamed up by Count Giuseppe Visconti di Modrone at the end of the 19th century. Included in the itinerary are the Piazza del Biscione, the Corte Vecchia with a collection of agricultural machinery, the little chapel of the Grazie, and a tour of the Park surrounding the Castle, one of the “Grandi Giardini Italiani”.
